Chester
is equipped to process softwood HT (Heat Treated) lumber and panel products. It is located in Chester,
Virginia, ten miles south of Richmond. Southern yellow pine
heat treated lumber is our specialty here.
The plant can rip,
resaw, cut-to-length, notch and groove all manufactured lumber wood
products to the customers'
specifications. Chester also has equipment capable of cutting
glue line quality cuts.
Less than truckload shipments, mixed
truckload and full truckload orders are handled easily.
Additionally, a CSX rail spur on the site allows rail shipments throughout
the year.
