William (Bill) DeArman, is retired and presently devotes most of his time to managing his personal investment portfolio.
Bill has over 20 years experience in investment banking.
In 1990, Bill was a founder of Republic Waste Industries, Inc. (now Republic Services, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange listed (“RSG”) Fortune 500 company.
From 1991 to 1997, Bill was Vice President, Partner and member of the Board of Directors of Sanders Morris Mundy Inc., a Houston based investment firm. During his active tenure at Sanders Morris Mundy Inc., he was responsible for the origination of a variety of investment banking engagements with a specialization in the environmental services industry as well as the formation and investment in the consolidation strategies of highly fragmented industries.
In 1997, Bill was a founder of U S Liquids, Inc., an American Stock Exchange listed environmental services company engaged in the treatment of non- hazardous liquid waste. He served as a member of the Board of Directors from August 2002 to August 2003 and subsequently served as Chairman & CEO of the company from August 2003 to April 2004.
In 2004, Bill was a co-founder of Bubbles Express, L.P., a Texas limited partnership which over the course of eight years developed and operated eight express car washes in the greater Houston area. The company was sold in June of 2013 to CWP Asset Corp. (d/b/a Mister Car Wash). Mister Car Wash, headquartered in Tucson Arizona, is the largest owner of car washes in the United States.
