Deb Haynie

Deb Haynie, Director of Eastern Regional Sales

Deb began her career as an entrepreneur in the Property & Casualty Insurance Industry, successfully selling her agency in order to focus on her college education. While attending college, she was a Credit Union auditor, eventually settling into a full-time role as an Accounting Manager at Thrift Credit Union.  She then moved into a Business Development Director role for a National Franchise, DCTYD, before joining CHEP USA.

Deb Haynie joined the Conner Team in March 2019 as the Director of Eastern Regional Sales, bringing with her more than 13 years of experience in the pallet industry.  At CHEP USA in 2006, Deb created their first team focused on platform solutions for public warehousing.  In 2015, she transferred to CHEP’s recycled division as a General Manager for their Atlanta Plant, which was later branched off under new ownership under the name of 48forty Solutions.

Deb graduated Suma Cum Laude from Mercer University’s Stetson School of Business and holds a BBA degree.  She is also a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt.
