Meet Our Leadership Team

Brigadier General (Ret.) Blaine D. Holt is President of Factor X Research Group at Xeriant Inc., where he leads strategic initiatives focused on aerospace, advanced materials, defense technologies, and emerging innovations. He has also served in executive leadership positions, including President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Operating Officer, across aerospace, aviation, advanced manufacturing, artificial intelligence, and technology companies.

General Holt retired from the United States Air Force after a distinguished military career in logistics, operations, strategy, and international defense leadership. His military leadership included serving as the Director of Logistics for United States European Command, United States Deputy Military Representative to NATO, Commander of the 376th Air Expeditionary Wing, and numerous senior operational and strategic leadership assignments. During his military career, he directed global logistics operations supporting U.S. and allied forces, led multinational defense initiatives, and helped shape strategic policy across NATO and the Department of Defense.

Following his military service, Holt has advised and led organizations focused on aerospace, advanced manufacturing, supply chain resilience, emerging technologies, and innovation. His executive leadership experience includes serving as Chief Executive Officer of Alchemai, President of Million Air and American Jet International, Chief Operating Officer of Braidy Industries, and founder of Irascible Strategic Advisors.

General Holt is a lifetime member of the Council on Foreign Relations and has served on numerous corporate and advisory boards supporting aerospace, defense, advanced manufacturing, and emerging technology companies.

He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia, a Master of Education from George Washington University, and a Master of Science in Strategic Studies from Air War College.

General Holt joined the Conner Industries Board of Directors in 2026.
