Valley Center Manufacturing Facility Capabilities

Our Valley Center Manufacturing Facility offers hundreds of different industrial wood materials and is equipped with both the specialty machinery and expert labor needed to remanufacture and process wood into the dimensional and lumber products our customers need.  Whether it’s custom-cut lumber, pallet stock, panel products, or some other industrial-grade lumber product, the Valley Center Manufacturing Facility has more than enough capabilities to get the job done.

Our Valley Center plant also works as a backup for several other plants when they have production disruptions or emergencies.  All of our plants operate with this kind of redundancy to make sure that we can always deliver products to our customers on time.  Whether it’s truckloads of wholesale lumber each week, or custom-cut pallet boards and dunnage, our Valley Center Manufacturing Facility can handle it.

Acquired in 2016, the Valley Center Manufacturing Facility has made a big impact in expanding Conner’s geographic coverage.  Unlike some of our other facilities, the Valley Center Manufacturing Facility wasn’t a from-the-ground-up operation, but an acquisition of an established lumber processor.

Formerly named the Continental Timber Company, the Valley Center Manufacturing Facility has a lot of history before 2016. Originally established in 1978 by Herb Rea and Ronald Watkins, the now-called Valley Center Manufacturing Facility has over a 40-year history in the lumber industry.
