Meet Our Leadership Team

Rodger Fuller retired from Sonoco, where he served as Chief Operating Officer and was responsible for global consumer and industrial operations, as well as supply management, information technology, automation and robotics. He also oversaw Sonoco Metal Packaging EMEA and held interim leadership responsibility as CEO for that business.

Over the course of his career with Sonoco, Rodger held multiple senior leadership roles across the company’s packaging and industrial businesses. His experience includes serving as Executive Vice President of Global Operations, Senior Vice President of Global Consumer Packaging, Display and Packaging, and Protective Solutions, as well as Senior Vice President of Paper and Engineered Carriers. Throughout his tenure, he maintained a strong focus on operational execution, performance improvement, and large-scale manufacturing and supply chain leadership.

Rodger has also been active in a number of industry and community organizations, including serving on the Board of the Sonoco Foundation, The Paper and Packaging Board, the American Forest and Paper Association, the Hartsville United Way Board, the South Carolina Governor’s School for Science and Mathematics Foundation, and the American Heart Association.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Berry College and an MBA from Emory University.

Rodger joined the Conner Board of Directors in 2026.
