We are officially in the heart of the holiday season! Christmas is only a couple of days away, and a whole new year is just around the corner. That being said, we have so much to be grateful for this season.

This Christmas, we want to let our employees, friends and family, and our industry partners know how grateful we are to you all. It’s been a long and truly unpredictable year – we couldn’t have done it without you!

Let’s take a look back at this year and appreciate all of the challenges we’ve overcome together.

The Craziness of Lumber

Well, if there was any year to go into the history books, it’d be 2021! Lumber prices were crazy throughout this year, never staying in one place for too long. We wouldn’t have made it through all of this calamity had it not been for our amazing employees, friends, associates, and families!

They helped us keep calm and create unique solutions to these unprecedented problems we’ve faced. We feel very fortunate that we get to work with some of the best people around!

The Supply Chain Crisis

How could we talk about 2021 without talking about the supply chain crisis? That’s right, we couldn’t! The supply chain crisis has been insane, but we’re still powering through it strong. Again, our friends, family, and associates have helped keep us motivated and ready to face these new challenges presented to us.

The supply chain can sometimes feel like it’s out of our control, but our transportation team and customers have worked hard to keep business going despite the difficulties.

COVID Continued

Yep, we had to continue dealing with it… but we dealt with it well.

It’s been a unique challenge, changing day by day, but our employees have continued to be flexible, understanding, and overall amazing! Our customers and business partners have faced these challenges just as well. They’ve been cooperative, appreciative, and wonderful to work with!

There’s No Time Like Christmas

2021 has been unique, to say the least, but it’s brought us together in a strange way. Whether it’s the supply chain, COVID, or lumber prices, none of these challenges have stopped us from moving forward. It’s been an incredible year for Conner. We hope all of our employees, customers, and business partners have an amazing holiday season, a Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year!
