Kevin Kenjarski, Chief Revenue Officer
Kevin Kenjarski joined Conner Industries as Chief Revenue Officer in September 2025, bringing more than 25 years of sales and marketing leadership experience across the global packaging industry. Kevin has built and led high-performing commercial organizations by designing disciplined revenue systems that drive profitable growth, customer value creation, and operational accountability.
Most recently, Kevin spent seven years at Smurfit Westrock, a global leader in sustainable paper-based packaging solutions with annual revenues of approximately $31 billion, where he held multiple senior leadership roles of increasing responsibility. As SVP of U.S. & Canada Sales for Home, Beauty, and Personal Care, Kevin led a billion-dollar revenue portfolio and a large, multi-layered sales organization, delivering consistent EBITDA improvement, price realization, and win-rate gains through data-driven execution and cross-functional collaboration. He also served as SVP of Global Sales and SVP of North America Sales for Healthcare, leading complex customer negotiations, strengthening key account strategies, and building scalable commercial processes across global manufacturing networks.
Prior to Smurfit Westrock, Kevin held executive leadership roles at Pretium Packaging and Clondalkin Group. At Pretium, he served as SVP of Sales & Marketing for a private-equity-owned business, driving organic growth, supporting acquisitions, and regularly presenting commercial performance and revenue strategy to the Board of Directors. At Clondalkin, Kevin helped lead significant revenue expansion through organic growth and M&A while unifying commercial teams, systems, and operating disciplines across a growing portfolio of businesses.
At Conner Industries, Kevin oversees revenue strategy and execution across sales, key accounts, commercial operations, and pipeline development. He partners closely with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to scale Conner’s industrial packaging and lumber businesses across wood, foam, corrugate, and plastics serving defense, aerospace, manufacturing, and industrial end markets.
Kevin is known for his customer-centric leadership style, focus on talent development, and ability to bring structure, clarity, and accountability to complex commercial environments. His approach emphasizes building repeatable revenue engines that align people, process, and metrics to long-term value creation.
